This renovation recently completed in Broughshane highlights the importance of the smaller details to a finished kitchen. Semi-inframe styling, skirting plinth & modular posts all contribute in making this a truly fantastic space.

James & Tracey opted for a complete renovation to open up kitchen/living space. This involved removing the wall between previous kitchen & living area to create one large room, broke through wall to allow for direct access into pantry and walk-through doors provide access to back hallway without the need to have exposed internal doorway.

Despite the small size, we were able to incorporate a tall appliance stack, broom larder, pull-out wash basket, sink unit and drawers into this recently completed utility room.

A painted door (Farrow & Ball Pigeon No. 25) paired with a quartz worktop ensured a rich finish 😍

Let`s talk.....SITE SURVEYS 📐📝

We often get asked at what stage of the project do we carry out site surveys.

The answer is upon receipt of deposit when the process to a new Kitchen has started.

For new build projects however, there is an option to bring this forward for 1st fix purposes through our `Design Service` (DM us for additional info)

Upon completion of the site survey, electrical/plumbing plans are generated for each area of your project (Kitchen, Pantry, Boot room, Utility, etc) - ideal for helping with 1st fix tracking and to position the all important plug sockets 🔌
